Rise To The Challenge!

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is thevictorythat overcometh the world, [even] our faith.” (1 John 5:4)

Most athletes understand that in order for them to be great at their craft, there will be some stretching involved that will challenge them to the next level. This concept is also true for God’s people. When God desires to stretch us to the next level, He is always going to challenge us.

In order for the greatness that is deep within you to come alive, you must accept the challenge and allow the stretch to begin. Now, that’s the easy part. Our biggest challenge is in the area of self-improvement. God is always stretching us to become better people. I hear God saying, “There is an unpleasant spirit sitting inside of you, one that I must deal with immediately.”

Right now, the enemy is trying to convince you that you do not need to change. He is telling you that you are perfect just the way you are and that there is nothing wrong with you. But I hear God saying, “You need a check-up from the neck up!” The lies and deceit from the enemy have kept you in the condition that you are in. You are attracting the wrong types of people in your life, and they are costing you both spiritually and professionally.

The Holy Spirit is showing me that the stretch is necessary in your life. You have allowed too many people to take away your happiness and your joy. The enemy is out to destroy you, but God says, “Dream yet another dream. Call forth those things that be not as though they were!”

FREE YOUR MIND AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW!

God has placed a great gem on the inside you – a gem that is priceless in value. The devil knows that if you should ever appreciate that priceless gem, all of your negative emotions will leave. It is at that moment that the stretch will begin to pull you closer to the dream that is lying dormant within you. Then you will realize that your situation is not as bad as you thought, and then the truth can be told about how powerful you really are.

Know that the gift that is sitting on the inside of you is waiting to be exposed to the world and shared with others. For years God has been trying to get you to deal with your negative attitude because He knows that is the one thing that is stopping you from moving ahead!

The Holy Spirit is challenging you to accept the stretch in your life in this season. Something special about you is getting ready to be revealed to the world. You have been set up by the Holy Ghost to receive a blessing that is going to astonish even you.
