THANK GOD FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA, Y'ALL!
Lord Be Praised, Reparations On The Way!!!!
Posted on November 20th, 2010 - By Bossip Staff
After more that a decade of litigation and hearings, African-American farmers and American Indian land owners have won a settlement that entitles them to more than 4 billion dollars in restitution from government discrimination and profits never received.
Under legislation passed by the Senate on Friday, black farmers who claim discrimination at the hands of the Agriculture Department would receive almost $1.2 billion. American Indians who say they were swindled out of royalties by the Interior Department would split $3.4 billion. Both cases have languished for more than a decade, and plaintiffs say beneficiaries are dying off.
“Make this money/Take this money/Ain’t no way you can take this from me…” *does this dance*
President Barack Obama praised the Senate for finally passing the bill and urged the House to move forward on it. He said his administration is also working to resolve separate lawsuits filed against the department by Hispanic and female farmers…Lawmakers from both parties have said they support resolving the claims of discrimination and mistreatment by federal agencies. But the money has been caught up in a fight over spending and deficits. Republicans repeatedly objected to the settlements when they were added on to larger pieces of legislation. But Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., satisfied conservative complaints by finding spending offsets to cover the cost.
*GASP* The Republicans were AGAINST this bill!?!? Surprise, surprise. Its good to see President Obama receiving credit for his good works since over the past few months people seem to want to tear him down.
The Obama administration has moved aggressively to resolve the discrimination cases after most of them spent a decade or longer in the courts. Last month, the Agriculture Department offered American Indian farmers who say they were denied farm loans a $680 million settlement.
Hopefully, some of this money that’s being dispensed will help these families and improve the local economies.

You Have To Make A Profit!
The Lord God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you! Deuteronomy1:11
In today’s uncertain economy making a profit is not just about you. It’s about everybody with whom you are connected. When you don’t make a profit other people lose. God has commanded you to make a profit in everything you do. Every minute of your day should be profitable. Understand that profit in this context is not only measured in terms of money but also in terms of value and in building strong healthy relationships.
Your harvest will always come through someone.
The truth is your harvest comes through people, not from people. Some of you have been disappointed because you were looking for your harvest to come from someone, instead of through someone. Your harvest will always come through someone, but never from someone. The person never becomes the source of your harvest. God is always the Lord of the Harvest working through someone.
However, if they cease to be a channel of flow, then God removes them, because the harvest only comes through them, and not from them. If it comes through them, the only way it will not come through them is that they are resistors. If they put up resistors within themselves, then it brings about their own defeat. What you respect comes toward you. What you do not respect pulls you away.
But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Deuteronomy 8:18
Here’s how it works. Whatever we hope for mentally, we must begin to see it with our mind’s eye and see all possibilities that are connected with it. Nothing becomes substantial until you see it mentally, with possibilities. Faith resides in the unseen realm. Our faith results in the manifestation of our thoughts, our dreams, our hopes and our desires. Everything starts in the realm of faith where you mentally see it, mentally conceive it, mentally achieve it, and it manifests as thoughts and acts.
Faith resides in the unseen realm.
Remember, God will never leave you nor forsake you. Believe and God's promises will be conceived!

Don't Become Possessed By Your Possessions!
And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. (Isaiah 45:3)
Fasten your seatbelt! There are those who think it a Christian virtue to be poor. This attitude arises from several statements made by Jesus. In Matthew 19, Jesus had just been asked by a young man, what good thing should I do, that I may have life eternal? Jesus told the man to give all that he had to the poor and come and follow Him.
Your possessions do not make you who you are!
Obviously, Jesus sensed that this young man was putting his material possessions ahead of his spiritual life; that he was making a god of his riches. The Bible does not say that money is the root of all evil. It says the love of money is the root of all evil.
No doubt about it, people who have this attitude may secretly envy those who are prosperous, and at the same time console themselves by feeling self-righteous. They often feel virtuous in resenting others who have more of this world’s good than they do. How many times do you hear people say, “Well, I’m struggling but clergy look like they have everything; why should I give them my money?” First, not understanding seedtime and harvest can be costly, but also resenting or coveting what another has impoverishes the self and builds a consciousness of lack.
God has called you to be rich!
What an opportunity! God has sent you angels of prosperity, but you must understand that money is love in action. Love and money go hand in hand. Rejoice in your good and God will bless all that you have and all that you share and cause you to prosper abundantly. This is your season to watch for the signs and to know that you never have to accept poverty as your destiny.

Are You In Hell And Cannot Feel The Flames?
The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire. Psalms 29:7
It’s no secret that in Christianity there’s a lot of talk about hell. Fire and brimstone always seems to paint the pictures in our head when we talk about the dark, pitiful underworld. Forget what you know about hell because you may already be in hell. When you “want” it is not just because you do not have. Want indicates that you do not understand—understand God’s system and how He operates…when you operate in Spirit to make your thoughts manifest you cannot know want, because want is covetousness—it is an indication that you know you will never have what it is you desire.
I’m sure you’ll agree that God is a God of potential, not of actuality. That’s heavy so I’ll explain what it means. God does ordain something that you will have; He ordains something that you can achieve, but you have to walk the path to achieving it. God will never place something in your hands. He will only share with you the information you need to know to go and get it yourself. Know this! The key to unlocking that potential is prophecy. Without prophecy, potential remains dormant. God reveals His secrets to His prophets. The prophetic word pronounces the mystical unseen nature of Spirit.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2Timothy 1:7

Without Money Everything Stops!
A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things. Ecclesiastes 10: 19
I’m sure you’ll agree that although money in its tangible form seems like it is no more than a piece of paper with pictures of dead presidents on them, money has a life all to itself. If you do not agree with that, you’ll have to admit that money causes life to happen. Money has the ability to infuse life into things that are dying, giving hope to resurrect buried dreams. Without money everything in life stays at a standstill. When you are born, it costs money to pay the doctors' and medical bills associated with your delivery.
Money causes things to work-
Here’s how works: Even when you die, you have to pay money to the mortician to properly put you to rest. The whole idea of free is really a misnomer. There is nothing that is free in life. Is welfare free? Of course not. Welfare is extremely costly. And, welfare costs on both ends. Every taxpayer pays high tax dollars, much of which goes directly toward public assistance. On the other end, if you were on welfare for years, and you suddenly came into a large sum of money, (i.e. a high paying job, you hit the lottery, inheritance money) you are obligated in many states to pay back the money that the government gave you.
Interestingly enough, when you pay back your end, the government never reissues vouchers back to the taxpaying general public for the money that they paid toward your support. This is case of double dipping on the government’s part. So even with welfare somebody is paying. The person who is paying is causing life to happen for others. When you pay your bills for goods and services rendered, you are not simply paying bills, but causing jobs to happen, thus promoting life in all forms. Money causes things to work, in its absence everything stops.
Give yourself permission to produce wealth!
Now for the surprise! The good news is that when you change your mind you change your outcome and reverse the judgment, turning your poverty into assets.
"The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich and He addeth no sorrow with it." Proverbs 10:22
Get ready for your pathway to success, good health, peace, happiness, favour, wisdom and prosperity.

God Has Blessed You..Be Thankful!
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. (Colossians 3:15)
My friend, did you know that in our country, people are unhappy? There is a spirit of discontent permeating our society. Think about that for a moment. Did you know that the average poor household in America has more living space than the average individual living in Paris, London, Vienna, Athens and other cities throughout Europe? In our country, nearly 75% of the households considered poor own a car; 30% own two or more cars; 97% percent have a color television; and over 50% own two or more color televisions.
These are households described by our government as being “poor”, and yet the poor in this country are better off than the majority of people in the rest of the world. In spite of living in one of the most blessed nations in the world, there is a spirit of discontent in our land. How right the poet who said, “As a rule, man’s a fool. When it’s hot, he wants it cool. And when it’s cool, he wants it hot, always wanting what is not.” Philippians 4:11 says,
“Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”
My friend, content means being satisfied, NOT just accepting! If you are content with being in the same situation you were in last year, maybe you don’t need a fresh word from the Lord; but if you are not about to accept your reality as the only reality for you, then it is time to move in faith action. Paul said he learned to be content. First my friend, I want you to know that contentment must be learned. It isn’t something you are born with. It is something that is learned.
Contentment is not something that comes naturally. Paul said that he had to "learn to be content". Naturally, we are prone to compare ourselves with others, to always want more than we have (remember Adam and Eve?), to interpret someone else’s good fortune as coming at our expense, and to complain.
Stop looking at your have-nots and thank God… for being God!
My friend, you must learn to trust the overruling providence of God. Read the story of Joseph. Nothing is an accident. These things happen according to the providence of God. “Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalm 73:25-26) It really seems that contentment begins to grow when you come to understand that your greatest treasure is your relationship with the Savior.
Turn your eyes upon Jesus. Look full in His wonderful face. And the things of the earth will grow strangely dim. In the light of His glory and grace, He has sent you seven angels to help you. This is your season to restore the faith in the buried treasure within you: your relationship with God.
Thank God with a seed of faith!
